Yes. We are the exclusive distributor for Cathy Doll, Baby Bright, and Phoera across East Africa. Every unit is sourced directly from the manufacturer or their official regional distributor. No grey-market supply.
How quickly can we reorder once stock sells through?
Reorders ship next day for most SKUs from our Nairobi warehouse. We hold buffer stock on our highest-velocity lines specifically to avoid gaps for active retail partners.
You sell retail through Ozana. Does that make us competitors?
Not at all. Ozana is our test bed, where we test and prove successful products for our retail partners, conveying real sell-through data to you. Furthermore, Ozana prices all products strictly at RRP (Recommended Retail Price), protecting your margins completely.
Can we try products before committing to a minimum order?
Yes, items can be tried and experienced in-person at any of our Ozana locations across Nairobi. For large retailers, physical samples can be provided for evaluation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, M-Pesa, and cash. Credit terms are available on a case-by-case basis for large orders only.
