Yes. Your first retail test order has no minimum spend or minimum quantity per SKU. Delivery details and any charges are agreed with your order.
What is the minimum for later orders?
Later orders generally start at six units per SKU. Confirm the products and quantities with us when you order.
Can I pay on delivery?
In Nairobi, you can pay on delivery or upfront, including on your first order. For orders outside Nairobi, contact us to confirm payment arrangements.
How quickly can you deliver?
Same-day delivery may be available in Nairobi for products we have in stock. We confirm the delivery date and any charges with each order.
Is delivery free?
Free delivery may be available for qualifying Nairobi orders. We confirm delivery arrangements and any charges with your order.
What support is available for my shop?
Product images are free, and training videos are available. In-person staff training can be arranged depending on order size and frequency. Tester quantities are agreed individually, and retailer activations are considered on request and depend on performance.
What if an item is damaged during delivery?
We exchange items damaged in delivery free of charge. Keep the item unused and contact us as soon as possible to report the damage.
When is stock reserved?
Stock is reserved when your order is confirmed. Sending an enquiry does not reserve stock.
Which brands do you distribute exclusively?
Omnishades is the exclusive distributor of Cathy Doll and Baby Bright in Kenya. We are Phoera’s exclusive East African distribution partner and an authorised distributor of a curated Maffick assortment.
Where can customers use virtual lip try-on?
Virtual lip try-on with PulpoAR is available daily at Ozana Beauty in BBS Mall, Prestige Plaza and Juja City Mall for Cathy Doll and Baby Bright lip products. The experience is in person and is not available through the Ozana website.
